I think my solo lip sync task was effective at the lip syncing and the ability to match the singing with the video. However it was not as diverse as it could have been, only showing one type of shot. By doing this task I learned how to successfully lip sync and how a variety of shots are needed for a good music video.
My group lip sync task was not very effective, as we filmed snippets of the overall thing instead of the whole thing at different shots, making the editing and the syncing very hard. To improve on this we should film every different shot with the whole song so we can easily cut them all together. However this task let me experience using Final Cut software, which I had never used before, and was effective at syncing the shots with the track.
